After Orientation

Register for your classes, take care of your access to on-campus services and get involved on campus. Below you will find useful links to guide you.

Intensive English Program (IEP) – The IEP office registers you into classes.

View your tuition and fees bill on ASAP and pay the bill by the payment deadline.

Note for International students with a scholarship letter from a third-party agency such as Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission: It is student’s responsibility to submit their letter with their UTSA ID number to the Fiscal Services. This must be done every semester.

UTSA mandatory student health insurace is provided by Academic Health Plans.

Note: Your UTSA Student Health Insurance card will be sent to the local address in the ASAP. Do not forget to update your local address in ASAP.

  • Check your UTSA email account

  • Complete AlcoholEdu Part I and II,  if you are a freshman

To begin AlcoholEdu, log in to your ASAP account and follow the AlcoholEdu links. You will ALWAYS log on to AlcoholEdu through your ASAP account. For information, contact UTSA Student Health Services at (210) 458-4142.
