Spring Health Insurance Waivers Application online
If you plan to apply for a Health Insurance Waiver, you must submit your paperwork by January 18, 2013.
The waiver application period begins November 14, 2012, and will end January 18, 2013.
Due to the high number of applications, you must attend and turn in your waiver and documentation at a Health Insurance Waiver session.
These sessions will eliminate the need for students to wait for long periods at the Office of International Programs in order to submit waiver applications at the front desk.
These two-hour workshops are the opportunity for students to submit paperwork -- including application and documentation of health insurance) -- and ask questions, if necessary.
International students who plan to apply for a waiver must attend a Health Insurance Waiver session. The schedule can be found on the Health Insurance Waiver page.
No late applications will be accepted.
