Welcome to The University of Texas at San Antonio’s International Gateway. Senior international officer Julius Gribou

 

As the UTSA Senior International Officer, I have been actively involved in international education for more than 20 years. I personally know the value of studying abroad and immersing oneself in another culture. My travels have taken me to every part of the globe; I’ve been privileged with the opportunity to conduct research as a Fulbright Scholar in Poland and to meet and work together with dignitaries and academic scholars from many countries.

UTSA has many international initiatives, available resources, opportunities and services for current students, prospective students and scholars, as well as information for faculty, staff, friends and alumni. Our goal is to ensure every UTSA student has an international component within their educational experience, as set forth in the 2016 UTSA Strategic Plan.

This gateway provides a central web-based hub and streamlined electronic access for all ongoing international activities at The University of Texas at San Antonio. It brings together the cumulative international outreach activities of our faculty, scholars, institutes, colleges and alumni, and directly supports our university’s collective globalization efforts.
