The International Student Welcome Week begins August 19 through August 23.

Dates, times, and locations of upcoming events/activities

August 14 – New Doctoral students orientation hosted by the Graduate School (in-person, 3pm-5pm, Student Union Denman Room, SU 2.01.28) – Click for more information

August 15 – New Master’s students orientation hosted by the Graduate School (virtual, 11am-1pm) – Click for more information (Register Here for the Orientation)

August 18 - Late registration and add/drop starts. All admitted students may register or add/drop classes via myUTSA Account (formerly ASAP) with appropriate approvals

August 19 - New International Student Welcome and Immigration Reminders – Three sessions have been scheduled (Aug 19, 21 and Aug 23). Students only need to attend one of the Virtual New International Student Welcome and Immigration Reminders sessions. (Virtual, 3pm-4:30pm) (Register Here for the Virtual Session) August 20 – Regular 16-week term payment deadline. $100.00 late fee is charged to students registered and who have not paid or made payment arrangements by 5:00 p.m.
  • Students with the installment payment plan
    • 1st installment due August 20 (30% down payment of tuition & fee required at enrollment)
    • 2nd installment due September 30
    • 3rd installment due October 31

August 21 - New International Student Welcome and Immigration Reminders – Three sessions have been scheduled (Aug 19, 21 and Aug 23). Students only need to attend one of the Virtual New International Student Welcome and Immigration Reminders sessions. (Virtual, 12pm-1:30pm) (Register Here for the Virtual Session) August 22 – New International Student Welcome with Global Initiatives (8:30am-12:30pm, MB 0.106) August 23 - New International Student Welcome and Immigration Reminders – Three sessions have been scheduled (Aug 19, 21 and Aug 23). Students only need to attend one of the Virtual New International Student Welcome and Immigration Reminders sessions. (Virtual, 8:30am-10am) (Register Here for the Virtual Session) August 23 – New International Student Welcome Social and UTSA Volleyball Game (5pm-7pm, Convocation Center)
